Gold metallic pumps gave the monochrome look a shiny pop of attitude. Keira Knightley: Following the hourglass silhouette, Keira likewise flaunted her trim middle via a chic black-and-white number, made charming with cap sleeves and a bow detail on the cropped top, and accessorized with a tiny quilted Chanel, chain-strap handbag. Adding her signature edge, she punched up the prim purple with a matching, gun-embellished bum bag and sneakers, alongside a gigantic, pearl-like wrist cuff and ’50s-inspired oversized, cat-eye shades. Rihanna: Looking lovely in lilac, the songstress showed off a demure bouclé? dress with a cropped top and waist-cinching middle section. So it’s no surprise the Chanel-clad pretties sitting front row were having tons of fun, observing the shopaholic spectacle. Designer Karl Lagerfeld’s runway revelry at the magnificently transformed Grand Palais knew no bounds, as vivaciously clad models carted shopping baskets and browsed the canned goods. These glasses will be available in boutiques from March, and from April for the frames embellished with charms.Hyper-luxe, double ‘C’-stocked supermarket aisles masqueraded as the super-chic catwalk for the Chanel Fall 2014 show, held during Paris Fashion Week today (March 4). The designs are available in three different sizes to suit all faces and styles. The chromatic range illuminates every skin tone an aviator and a round frame come in burgundy, honey, amber, black, light or dark tortoiseshell acetate, while another round frame is highlighted by pale gold, marron glacé, silver, black or ruthenium metal. Imagined as a wardrobe of essentials, they feature neat, easy-to-wear lines with a discreet signature. In parallel, CHANEL is unveiling new optical frames with blue-light lenses, in timeless shapes and colours. Devoted to the theme of light, they focus on delicate lines of strass: one covers the bridge of an aviator, available in two sizes another surrounds the lenses of a graphic square or rounded frame, available as both sunglasses and opticals. The same colours, plus a tortoiseshell, are used for the pantos and round optical frames.Ī variation on the metal glasses completes the Summer 2022 collection. Two double Cs combining strass and metal are overlaid on the temples of the oval and rectangular designs, while the temples of the aviator and shield designs feature a single double C in metal, set on a square of micro-strass. All adopt the classic colours of black, tortoiseshell, navy and burgundy.Ī third line includes four pairs of sunglasses in oval, rectangular, aviator and shield shapes in black and burgundy, brown khaki or deep green acetate imbued with a subtle sparkle. Three acetate opticals and three pairs of sunglasses make up this line: round, wide square and cat eye for the first, graphic butterfly, cat eye and oversized square for the second. Whether worn singular or as a trio, a camellia, pearl, heart and hexagon inspired by the stopper of the CHANEL N★ perfume bottle adorn the temples like a playful signature. “Charms” also feature on a line of sunglasses and opticals. All details that render these sunglasses a veritable fashion accessory. Each one is adorned with wide temples, enhanced by quilting punctuated with mini double Cs or an oversize double C. These designs come in black acetate or two-tone black and white, navy blue and fuchsia or emerald green. In the spirit of the Spring-Summer 2022 Ready-to-Wear show, CHANEL reinterprets a sunglasses frame symbolic of the 1990s: the shield, available this season in two graphic versions with masculine/feminine accents. The CHANEL Summer 2022 Eyewear collection brings together three themes: 90s-inspired shields, sunglasses punctuated with charms and sparkling frames with a glamorous spirit, plus a series of new timeless optical frames.
